Leah Feldman teaches in the Department of Comparative Literature at the University of Chicago. She is the author of On the Threshold of Eurasia: Orientalism and Revolutionary Aesthetics in the Caucasus (Cornell 2018) and is currently researching  a manuscript, Feeling Collapse, on waning attachments to internationalist feelings amid the dissolution of the Soviet empire.
